€180,000 has been invested in voluntary organisations linked to feast decorations related to Maltese feasts for continuous fostering, strengthening and protection of our cultural traditions. Gozitan operatic productions have been granted funding of €330,000 by the Ministry for National Heritage, Arts and Local Government, with an additional €60,000 contributed by the Ministry for Gozo. Brazil Report: More Amazon Fires So Far This Year Than All of 2021

The number of forest fires in the Brazilian Amazon so far this year has surpassed that recorded for all of 2021, according to official figures released Monday that triggered new alarm for the world’s biggest rainforest.
