Innovate scheme was announced during a visit at IBG Automation in Ħal Far Minister for the Environment, Energy and Enterprise Miriam Dalli announced a new scheme to facilitate innovation processes within small and medium enterprises through a partnership between small or medium enterprises, and research organization, based either in Malta or abroad. The Innovate scheme covers part of the costs so that an individual from the research organisation will be loaned for a period of time with the enterprise. ​This year’s winners of the annual Premju għall-Arti organised by Arts Council Malta, have been announced during an awards night at Fort St Angelo, Birgu. This is the fifth edition of the Arts Awards and follows two years of virtual awards due to the pandemic. For this year’s edition Arts Council Malta has received over 300 submissions, with 100 making it to the nominations stage. Wall Street Tumbles on Fears for Economy as More Rates Rise
