President Sahle-Work Zewde held talks with President of SOS Children’s Villages International, Dereje Wordofa.
President Sahle-Work congratulated Dereje for being the first president from Africa, democratically elected in the 75 years of the existence of the organization, according to Office of the President.
She thanked SOS Children’s Village for their huge contribution to the children, youth and families.
The president said the organization needs to strive for high social impacts, further promote it and needs to be supported.
Dereje on his part briefed the presented about the numerous activities of the organization.
