PRESS RELEASE BY THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT: The Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia presents her credentials to the President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca

Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia Victoria Bagdassarian presented her credentials to the President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca at The Palace, in Valletta.

During the ceremony, the President of Malta and the Ambassador discussed bilateral relations.

Born in Yerevan (Armenia), she received her High School Diploma at the Russian school in Yerevan in 1992, a Scientific Diploma at the Armenian College Moorat Raphael in Venice in 1994 and, in 1996, she graduated from the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Her international studies were completed in Paris at the Sorbonne where she graduated in International and Commercial Law. In 2002 she obtained an Attorney Diploma at the Professional School for Lawyers in Versailles.

After an intense period of training at the French Court of Cassation in 2000 she began her professional experience as a lawyer at the tax and legal consulting firm “Deloitte & Touche” (now “TAJ”).

In 2006 she was Director for International Development of the Accor Group (now Edenred), dealing with the management of various international projects in European countries, the Commonwealth of Independent States (C.I.S.) and the Balkans.

On 17 May 2016 she was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Italian Republic.
