PRESS RELEASE ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY FOR THE ECONOMY, INVESTMENT AND SMALL BUSINESS

The Minister for the Economy, Investment and Small Business Chris Cardona addressed the Malta-Germany-Libya Business Encounter organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry.

The Minister lauded the Chamber for the initiative and organisation of the event, which provided an opportunity for business delegates from Malta, Germany and Libya to network. Minister Cardona noted how the Goverment will continue to support and work closely with the Chamber to safeguard and bolster the commercial players making up our economy.

In his opening address, Minister Cardona stated how the Ministry will continue with its efforts to establish and strengthen the robust legal and administrative structures which nurture and support businesses, whilst actively seeking investment and nurturing companies that get started in Malta. The Minister wished the delegates well and recognised how their efforts continue to build further on Malta’s relationships with both Germany and Libya.
