He pointed out that the accused, Allaw, recorded videos non-spontaneously, relying on paid representatives, and it was found that what he spent on the beneficiaries was nothing compared to the money he received and deposited in his personal account with one of the cashiers.

The source stated that the accused, Mustafa al-Moumry, used his channel on the YouTube platform to stir up public opinion and incite society to rebel against the state and rise up against it, storm ministries and stir up riots, in which he relied on issues whose owners wanted to raise public opinion about them through the accused, Hammoud Al-Misbahi, he received the owners of these cases. In order to stir up public opinion in exchange for a sum of money he receives from those involved in these cases, not to mention what the accused al-Moumry did of slandering all state officials and accusing them of charges that contradict the values and customs of Yemeni society.

The source pointed out that, in conjunction with that, Al-Moumry took advantage of his virtual fame, so he intervened in several disputes and disagreements on various issues, the most prominent of which were land and real estate issues, after he had joined the side of one of the parties to the case and agreed with him on a certain percentage of the value of the case, whether real estate or money, based on that agreement, the accused Al-Moumry begins to threaten the other party to go down on his requests or to defame him and discredit him through social networking sites.

The source stated that the accused, Ahmed Hajar, broadcast false and malicious news and rumors that disturb public security and the public interest, through a video clip that he posted on his YouTube channel, where he accused the National Salvation Government of having stolen and that they ate the salaries of state employees and that they forced the masses to go out in events and events by force and threat, as well as that they corrupted government education and other false rumors promoted by the coalition of aggression against Yemen.

The source emphasized that these activities come within the context of the plans of the countries of the aggression coalition against Yemen, which aim to stir up public opinion and inflame society against the authorities of the national forces.
