STATEMENT BY THE OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER AND THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH: More than 40 submissions for the National Mental Health Plan

As in recent days completed the public consultation on the National Mental Health Plan, the Ministry of Health received about 40 submissions.

This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health, Chris Fearne at a seminar organized by the National Youth Council. During this sub seminar , the CAN presented a policy paper on mental health and youth.

Deputy Prime Minister congratulated young people for their work and said that the government’s plans for the next decade are based on three main pillars: prevention, to stop segregation and care.
