The Ball of the August Moon 2022 will be held on Saturday 6th August at the Verdala Palace gardens.
This will be the fourth edition organised under the Presidency of President George Vella.
During a press conference at the Verdala Palace itself, the Chairman of the Ball Organising Committee, Daniel De Petri Testaferrata, described this activity as a tradition held for many years and even held during the two years of the pandemic.
He added that the Ball unites us in a sense of culture, enjoyment, and philanthropy.
The President of Malta, George Vella, thanked the Marchesino de Petri Testaferrata and the other members of the organising committee together with the sponsors who support this event every year.
While auguring that the Ball will be a success, following two years of restrictions and regulations due to the Covid-19 pandemic, he expressed the wish that, above all, there will be a decent attendance to help all those in need through The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation.
